  1. While on the home screen of the Boost 2, rotate the bodyweight knob on the left side of the console to move the lift all the way to the bottom of the column.
  2. Remove the motor cover at the base of the effected lift column: https://youtube.com/shorts/9seddedvczM.
  3. Remove the lead screw cover on the effected lift column: https://youtube.com/shorts/4w1Z9sfv5Wo.
  4. Before applying any grease, remove any old grease from the lead screw using a rag or paper towel.
  5. Using a tube of white lithium grease, we recommend applying a light layer of grease to lead screw from top to bottom in 2-4” increments to ensure the proper amount of grease is applied. Apply a LIGHT coat only.

  6. From the home screen, use the body weight control knob on the left side of the console to SLOWLY move the lift carriage up and down the entire length of the lift column a few times to help spread the grease.
  7. Re-install the lead screw cover on the effected lift column.
