1. Turn on the power, put on the Boost shorts and step inside the treadmill.
Helpful Tip #1: Wait to put on your shoes until after the shorts are on to keep your Boost shorts in good condition.
Helpful Tip #2: Wear a fitted spandex material such as half tights under your Boost shorts.
Helpful Tip #4: If the carriage/bag is in a raised position, use the "lower lift" button on the screen to lower it.
2. Once inside the treadmill, follow the on-screen instructions.
Helpful Tip: During inflation the bag will lower slightly and it may feel like your shorts are going to come off, but not to worry - it will rise back up.
3. Control your workout by turning the speed and body weight knobs, and using the incline buttons on the panel in front of you.
Helpful Tip #1: The rule of thumb is that for every 10% weight reduction, you need to go 0.6mph faster to match exertion.
4. Once you're finished with your workout, press "Stop" and follow the on-screen instructions.
Helpful Tip #1: Once you've unzipped your shorts from the bag, leave the shorts on and lift them up before the bag lowers.
Helpful Tip #2: After a long run or workout, we recommend leaving the carriage in the up position to air out the inside of the bag. To do this, after leaving the treadmill, use the left knob to raise the carriage back up.
5. Clean the treadmill and shorts according to the maintenance guides below.
Helpful Tip: Cleaning is easier when someone is in the treadmill and the bag is inflated.
